MSS The HR People are delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new, subscriber-only ‘ Dignity at Work Training for Nominated and Contact Persons ’. The Code of Practice on the Prevention and Resolution of Bullying at Work 2020 recommends that employers designate Nominated and Contact Persons within the workplace and that they ensure they are trained appropriately. It is more important than ever that these employees develop an understanding of the core principles of bullying and harassment and how to prevent and resolve it in the workplace. MSS The HR People are running a ‘Dignity at Work Training course for Nominated and Contact Persons’ on the 14th March 2023, which is available at a discounted rate of €65 per person. This course will equip trainees with the skills needed to deal with Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace and will ensure that your teams are appropriately trained and aware.
